Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: [9.13.2025] When you schedule a service with Damon, the following terms apply: 1. Payment - Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. - Prices are listed clearly with each service. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling - You may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before your session without penalty. - Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in forfeiting the session fee. - One reschedule per booking is allowed as long as it’s within the 72-hour timeframe. Additional reschedules are not guaranteed. - Exceptions may be granted at Damon Rich’s discretion for extraordinary circumstances. 2a. Lateness - Sessions begin at the scheduled time. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered forfeited and no refund will be granted. - The session will not be extended past the original end time if you arrive late. 3. No Shows - If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered used and is non-refundable. 4. Packages & Expiration - Coaching packages must be used within the allotted time unless otherwise agreed. - Unused sessions after this period will expire. 5. Refunds - All bookings are non-refundable once completed. 6. Communication & Time Zones - Sessions will be conducted via the agreed platform (phone, Zoom, or in-person if applicable). - All session times are scheduled in Eastern Time (ET) unless otherwise noted. - Please ensure you are prepared and on time to make the most of your session.
